Windows Live FrameIt debuted today as a public beta. The service allows you to combine photos from different sources and add weather forecasts and news to your digital photo frame. If you have a digital photo frame, it's worth trying out; otherwise, it's a useless service.

The government of India announced it would be launching a $10 laptop, a dream for any even slightly computer savvy person on a budget. Sound too good to be true? That’s because it is. The laptop is really selling for $100, which is still a fabulous deal. The rumors of a $10 computer stemmed from a typo in a speech right up which was missing an additional zero. India’s minister, D.
